I saw an interesting programme last night, It was about the attempt, or rather, possible attempt to overthrow the Labour government in the 1970s.
I thought the British establishment was the epitome fair play what. At least they are until their interests are perceived to be under threat. What an example to us all they are.

Apparently they didn't want the Great British green and pleasant Isle to become part of the Communist Empire. By what magic formula was this to be acheived, you may well ask. A military takeover would have been the preferred method!!! Well at least it would be OUR dictatorship speaking in OUR own language. Apparently members of the royal family were up for it, yet more evidence of their fantastic outlook on life.
