Llandudno powered through to the next round, I must definitely be a lucky mascot. Llandudno looked good tonight. Paul Roberts, the cousin of Dan of the Jet Set, was transferred from Colwyn Bay and he looked particularly assured in possession. I thought that half time came too quickly. I hadn't realised that the match kicked off at 7:30 not 7:15.
One funny thing happened during the match; one of the Mynydd Isa players was sent off for sarcastiaclly clapping the ref, a la Rooney. What made it funny was the fact he was the PE teacher in Ysgol John Bright, now directly behind Llandudno's ground. Just imagine that changing room when he next coaches the school team; "Shall I argue with the ref, sir?" "Sir, should I clap sarcastically like you when I'm booked?", All of the pupils were quick to say hello after this, not at all embarrassing.
