I spent most of yesterday evening searching out a pub showing the Wales Vs San Marino game. I ventured into 7 and no luck, 4 showing England, 2 Scotland and the other Northern Ireland. So the hometown of Neville Southall and Joey Jones, the location of two Welsh full international matches, preferred to show England rather than Wales.
Having said that my theory from St. Patrick's night appears to have been confirmed, the redshirts don't give a toss about Wales really, otherwise some people may have been watching the game. To paraphrase Oscar Wilde; To be denied the opportunity to attend a Welsh match, that's unfortunate. To be denied watching it in a pub, somebody is taking the piss.
So a big thank you to the FAW and their deal with Murdoch, fuckers.
I thought we were in Wales.
