Llandudno 1 Bala Town 1
Cymru Alliance League
This was one of those situations where you think something else is happening because you don't know all the facts, a bit like a Tony Blair aide really.
When Llandudno scored in the 85th minute I thought that they were back on course for the Welsh Premier, they had gained a much needed win. It was only when I turned to someone at full time and they said "Well, that's two points dropped then" that I realised all was not well. I wonder how many historical events had been viewed like this? Did Amundson really get to the North Pole first? Did Harold get an arrow in his eye? Did England really win the World Cup? It certainly shakes you a bit; your world view may not coincide with the way the world really is. Well that's what you get for missing the last 15 minutes of the first half watching the Premier Cup Final.

On another note I was amazed that considering Bala is in the middle of rural Wales and miles from anywhere that the words of encouragement emanating from the sidelines were delivered in a Scouse accent. A strange evening all round.
