As the blues were away in Carmarthen I decided to go along to Maesdu Park to hob nob with the local faces. This is great news for Llanduno as I appear to be a lucky talisman; they scored as soon as I went through the turnstile. The other goals flowed freely and Llandudno looked barely troubled. Llanduno must have enlarged their clubhouse or I've got a poor memory. Maybe it's like the tardis.
I sat next to someone in the crowd who turned out to live across the road from me. I didn't recognise him but he'd seen me. That just shows the alienation in modern capitalist Briatin. I remember the days when everyone left their doors open, even when they were out. You could just walk in, take anything you needed to borrow like tea bags, sugar, DIY tools or clothes and everything was fine. Even cars were borrowed as long as you replaced the petrol. Now look at us, I don't even recognise someone in my street. Society is collapsing but at least Llandudno are in the next round of the Welsh Cup.
